RAYE emerged as the standout nominee at this year's ceremony, amassing an impressive seven nominations and setting a new record for the most BRIT nods in a single year. Close on her heels were Central Cee and J Hus, each garnering four nods, while Dua Lipa earned three.
Before stepping into the limelight as a solo artist, RAYE played a crucial role behind the scenes in the music industry, contributing as a songwriter and in production for major luminaries like Beyoncé, Rihanna, John Legend, Ellie Goulding, and David Guetta. Her debut album, "My 21st Century Blues," received accolades last year, propelled by the viral success of her 2022 single "Escapism" featuring 070 Shake on TikTok.
A special highlight at this year's Brit Awards was Kylie Minogue, who not only graced the event but also received the prestigious Global Icon Award. She delivered a memorable performance, closing the show with a medley of her hits.
