Taylor Swift had a big day, winning six awards, including Artist of the Year. Pop Artist of the Year, Favorite Pop Album, Favorite Female Pop Artist, Country Album of the Year, Favorite Music Video, and Favorite Female Country Artist is among the other awards she has received.
Harry Styles, the singer, also won two awards: Favorite Pop Male Artist and Favorite Pop Song. Dove Cameron won the New Artist of the Year award, which she dedicated to the queer community.
BTS made award show history by winning Favorite Pop Duo or Group for the fourth time in a row. Imagine Dragons, Coldplay, and OneRepublic were among the acts competing. They also received the Favorite K-Pop Artist award.
Bad Bunny led the nominations with eight, including artist of the year. He could tie Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston for the most awards in a single year if he wins in all eight categories. His latest album, Un Verano Sin Ti, is nominated for best pop album and best Latin album.
